Welcome to Art and Soul Paintings! My name is Laurie. I started painting later in life, but it has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. 

I love how paintings can evoke different emotions.

I started with watercolors and then moved to acrylics. That’s when things really got exciting!

The versatility of acrylics allowed me to create paintings that were more vibrant and expressive than ever before. One day, I decided to try my hand at abstract painting, even though I never thought it was my style. To my surprise, it was like a switch had flipped inside me and I found myself creating abstract paintings that were full of life and energy!

Now, I enjoy painting all kinds of subjects, from landscapes to abstracts and everything in between. As you look around my website, you will see the variety of paintings that I have created.
